My Introduction Video

My specialty is working with couples in intimate relationships who feel their
relationship is in distress. I can help when you’re not talking, not communicating, not
connecting anymore. I can help if you and your partner are constantly fighting, or if
you’re living like roommates. I can help if there has been an affair, that has been ended,
and now you both want to find a way to rebuild trust and closeness. I have a passion for this work and have the specific training and experience required to help you and your
partner find connection and understanding again.

Couples Counseling is what I knew I wanted to do when I left a corporate position more
than a decade ago to go back to school in mid-life. I have my own life experiences with
relationships that contributed to that desire to help other couples who have found
themselves in that hopeless place where you wonder if separation or divorce is the only
answer. Knowing who I wanted to serve when I got out of school allowed me to focus my
training on relationships. I am not a “Jack of all trades”, relationships are what I do, and
I strive to do them well.

I work with a company called Headway that allows me to accept Aetna, Cigna, Oxford,
Oscar Health and United Healthcare (but not Medicaid or Medicare via UHC). I can
provide an Out of Network receipt for those insurance companies that will accept an Out
of Network provider.

I generally have late afternoon, evening, and some Saturday appointments available for
those working couples who need them. I look forward to meeting you and your partner

relationship.
